We are thrilled to have a state-of-the-art system that helps prevent long line-ups, allow zero-contact reservation and check-in, all while helping reduce labour cost.

Despite the fact that the technology is extremely user-friendly, certain adaptations must be carried out to cater to the hotel’s location (language, visual lay-out, procedures...). It is important to keep open lines of communication with all partners so that innovation and improvement continues to take place.
