This reduces labor costs and relieves pressure off of the Front Desk so they can focus on service and guest satisfaction. Premium's leadership team (like Jim T) understand the needs of the hotel's outlets and factor these into their operation.

It would be nice to give the guest the option to pay directly to Premium or to apply to a guestroom bill. That would require an interface with a Property Management System.
