Implementing proRMS has changed almost everything in our chain (17 hotel objects). Reporting and analyses has never been easier before. It is the system that gathers all the necessary data and make all analyses and our hotel RMs and the cluster RM have more time to get right conclusions and make better decisions. It covers all revenue centers (great for our MICE hotels) and optimizes TRevPAR by rates and availability (yield inventory) recommendations for different guests' segments (using business and channel mix). Very flexible - you can easily create your own table or graphic reports using every collection of data that is imported to the system and you don't have to contact any support directly. We use also group quotation for any mice enquiries and at the end we get 2 prices: "wish" and "walk". As a cluster Sales Manager it's great to me, because I know when to reject a potential group if necessary. For the smaller and less complex our hotels we use just a few (but great) functionalities of proRMS, but it depends on one's needs. For the bigger ones we use every of its 8 modules. I believe, nearly every hotel would find something great for itself. And it's really affordable in comparison to other also good Revenue Management Systems. They are integrated with several other tools like for instance rate shoppers (min. two big world players at this field as far as I am aware) and some of our hotels hasn't used any rate shopper so they got data from a given rate shopper in a package offer. Then all the data are available in one simple Dashboard or Price Optimizer.

After implementing version no2 two months ago, which is much more functional, flexible and simply nicer in its graphic form, I can't find any fields to be improved from my perspective. The first version was more static and less colorful I would say:) For us it was great that the company is based in Poland as we are, so the implementation and the support was really smooth. But I heard that they are opening new offices abroad - don't know the details.
