The best part is that we don't have to do any special online gathering to find our guest's feedback. We can immediately find a solution, fix a problem, or fix an error for our guests who are still staying at our hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I use Everguest's products with great satisfaction, and I can't currently point out any areas that need improvement, as I can use them smoothly and flexibly on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
