What do you like most?
Everguest platform makes our life easier and the help of AI really contributes to speed and efficiency in carrying out daily activities in the hotel. It helps us respond to guest reviews, monitor the competitiveness and position of our hotel on the market (Everguest score and score by platforms), generate monthly reports and the AI ​​assistant helps us come up with innovative ideas and solutions as well as help us give an idea how to respond to a certain guest complain or issue acured. AI summaries in reports and statistical interpretation help management quickly understand and respond to trends. By using AI analytics we can significantly reduce workload while providing deeper insights into guest behavior. Also, the platform is very simple in appearance and easy to use. We can't imagine our daily work routines without this great tool!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reports by segments and platforms could be better generated. When we export the report, it is not complete. For example, for the Booking.com platform, ratings by segment (facilities, staff, cleanliness, value for money, ect.) are not generated even though the rates are visible on the Booking.com page. However, for the reviews on Google the reports are generated with all information included. Also, when generating reports, the platform generates all reviews that have entered through the platform, for example, it can happen that certain ratings have been deleted and removed, but they still appear in the reports, thats were we need to go through it by hand to control if everything is correct. Generating answers in Croatian could be better. Some words are generated wrong ( sound wrong in our language) as well as the hotel name, it always generates Hotel Grand 4 Opatijska Cvijeta while the actual hotel name is Grand Hotel 4 Opatijska Cvijeta. It would be great if the rating for Google and TripAdvisor was rated from 1-5, and for Booking.com, Expedia, and Hotels.com from 1-10. NFC cards could be nicer looking; guests always think we're going to charge them something and it's hard to explain to some that it's just a card that transmits a signal because it looks like a credit card.
