What do you like most?
AI features helped us improve our online reputation, follow up on guest's feedback and improve our services. It's user friendly platform and the data it provides are really specific; provides very detailed reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is not a big issue, but it would be good if we could change the rating for Google and TripAdvisor from 1-5 instead of 1-10, as for BCOM it must be 1-10. When we create reports, it provides us with the overall ratings for those two platforms e.g. 9.76, and than we recalculate it to the real rating which is around 4.
