What do you like most?
Everguest shines for its user experience, sure there are other tools that can get the job done, but at what cost of repetitive manual labor and complex/outdated interactions. It does it job brilliantly and you'll still have fun while using it to get more actionable insights about your hotel and the guests experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I feel they can still expand their functionality in the future, particularly with the ai development, but still what they do, they do great!
