The website builder is decent, however the hotel app is horrible....I picked wix for our vacation rental business because it had good reviews for that type of business, however I'm disappointed that the hotel features are so poor and unprofessional.

My biggest 3, there are too many issues to list. 1) Syncing is not instant, takes several hours sometimes which can create serious calendar problems with other sites, leaving me with embarrassing calls about double bookings. 2) Booking calendar pricing has too many glitches... my booking prices are never right! I don't understand how people book at the wrong price even though the calendar shows the correct price. For example my calendar and price is $99 for Friday and somehow guests can book at a price of $79! It seems to happen most on Fridays, and my weekday price is $79 so I think its an ongoing bug...its loosing me lots of money, as I don't see how I cannot honor what wix hotels gave them during their booking, so I'm just out the money. 3) The calendar is clunky, you cannot just click on a reservation and see the details, if you sync with other calendars. The only way to see your reservations is to download a spreadsheet, then email them by hand. It should have a better messaging system to contact upcoming guests and a better way to keep up with upcoming reservations. I will probably be changing website builder due to this, as there are so many problems with booking.
