Most efficient concierge program on the market which meets the expectations for modern day texting and chatting with a very good looking design to it.

A more user friendly dashboard with a better calendar for concierges to easy access bookings and tasks on a busy day. As good as it is meeting modern day technology with the chatting features, traditional ways of confirming to guests and Travel agents should be available as it is still needed. Try not to forget about the guests who still comes physically to see the concierges at the desk too, maybe some more quick chat or quick print options.

Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We know what a crazy busy time it is opening a hotel so your efforts are truly appreciated. And thank you also for your feedback! It's how we learn and improve. I will be sure to let our VP of Product hear your feedback on the calendar layout although funny enough, we heard the opposite from another London hotel so we'll work on striking a happy balance for all. And don't worry, some of the more traditional confirmations are in our roadmap as well. But good shout to remind us about travel agents and vendor communication.
