The rate and inventory planning functionalities have been a standout. Managing rates and reservations across multiple properties on different OTAs from a single dashboard has saved us significant time and cost. The modular product structure is also something we genuinely appreciate; you select only the modules you need and pay accordingly, which works well for lean operations. Pricing overall is very reasonable for what's on offer. Post-sale support has been responsive and helpful.

Reporting could be more robust. Deeper customisation and more granular reporting views would make it easier to extract actionable insights without having to work around the existing templates.

Very happy with the interface and solution provides by Djubo. Channel manager is very easy to use and shows room availability clearly. Booking creation and sync with all OTA's and Payment gateway is very seamless. We also use their booking engine which is also very user friendly and has some great features like discount offers and package solutions. Overall I will highly recommend Djubo to all hotels.

POS App can be improved plus it should be available on ios as well as it is available currently only on android.

I work a lot with reports, one I would like to add in the reservation summary or inside the have inside the insight is night by booking type, this will help to know how many nights we get from fits, groups, series, mice.

I would always recommend this software all. Best is thier customer service at top notch all the time. I had no issues till now as they are they to support all the time. Only advice is to go with the hospitality trend and update the software as and when needed.. which you already do. But I still suggest
DJUBO has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
