The system is very user friendly, and can be used on phone an computer. The channel manager generally works perfectly, it is rare that we have a wrong planning, very quick asjusting bookings from all bookings sites. The helpdesk is quick in respondin in case there is an issue.

Very simple to understand and handle … has multiple options reservations, dashboard, channel manager, reports, property management etc.. best to work with. We been using this for all our 10different resorts in different destinations.

All in one , like channel manager, reservation Systm, property management, reports , analytical many more which can be accessed under one software. Most importantly it’s sim pen to handle as its on cloud and apps .

Your all the services are very good, Integration need to me more quick and lead generation team must share more leads and focus should me more on chain properties with good volume. Should also target revenue partners.

I would always recommend this software all. Best is thier customer service at top notch all the time. I had no issues till now as they are they to support all the time. Only advice is to go with the hospitality trend and update the software as and when needed.. which you already do. But I still suggest
