Improvement in speed and stability, speed gets slow down many times. Need to Devlope the tab/option of reviewing/camparing the anual sale (Year wise) in a same page.

I work a lot with reports, one I would like to add in the reservation summary or inside the have inside the insight is night by booking type, this will help to know how many nights we get from fits, groups, series, mice.

The system is very user friendly, and can be used on phone an computer. The channel manager generally works perfectly, it is rare that we have a wrong planning, very quick asjusting bookings from all bookings sites. The helpdesk is quick in respondin in case there is an issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The price setting could be easier to find, it would be great to see the daily base pricing of the rooms on the smart chart. I would also love a montly overwiew with the total rooms booked instead of just the 10 days.

- Good option for a central reservation system which can process offline bookings and is also integrated with OTAs as a channel manager as well as the booking engine
- Good analytics give you insights into your business in a manner which is easy to interpret
- Good guest feedback module which monitors feedback from most sources enabling you to keep track in one place
- Easy rate planner window to change rates across all channels at once
- All of this in a very easy to use and understand interface

Only one thing:
- that they spend more time on searching for bugs and rectify them with each release of a new version.

I would always recommend this software all. Best is thier customer service at top notch all the time. I had no issues till now as they are they to support all the time. Only advice is to go with the hospitality trend and update the software as and when needed.. which you already do. But I still suggest
DJUBO has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
