What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

There are many interesting suites in the market, but none of those can compete in terms of prices, flexibility and support with eZee's. AS BI specialists, we were interested in the reporting section of eZee products: the sheer amount and complexity of their reports has no equal in the industry.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Go ahead! They consistenly improve their product, and customer satisfaction is paramount for this company. Besides, commercially they are much more flexible than the usual big players, and rates are more than reasonable.

From the migration process up until operations and after service stage, it was seamless. Vrunda (our Account Manager) is a star! We were under a pressure on the timeline to switch the software and worried...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Although, onsite training in local language is crucial and could be useful. It was doable with the tutorial videos and on the job training via daily operations.

eZee centrix Is pretty straight forward after a few getting use to. Love the fact that amending the rates on eZee centrix and it will be synchronised to front office and absolute. Saved a lot of hassle.

The system is not very straight forward, for someone who is a first user for this system it tends to be difficult and takes quite a while to understand the basics of how the system functions. Not to m...
