The reporting that we can download at this time, are not "user friendly" and it is very difficult for us to integrate them to our internal softwares or databases. Each channel should have the possibility to connect the same amount of information throughout the distribution of the channel. We believe that you can improve the Rates & Availability section as you have don with other sections. It would be easier to manage the rates if there is a possibility to configure that the rate can increase of decrease according to the occupancy of the property. We could set a percentage amount of increasing in case the property is almost vacant, or viceversa. With this feature small hotels like ours could easily get last minute bookings avoiding vacant nights. In the base rates section you can add a selection box for all the rates that you want to "copy" from one accommodation to another accommodation, as for now, when you select "copy" the system does the copy for ALL the rates that are in one accommodation.
