What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

CloudBeds allows me to better manage the hotels I work with, and also increase their profitability. My clients get a lot of time back once this solution is implemented. I am happy with the results, although I always believe that there are many things to improve.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The difference between CloudBeds and the competition in some things is not much, but it was my choice as an agency to work with clients who choose my services. I like the fact that it is a company that always seeks to grow and evolve in the market.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

My advice is to try to think more about the places that belong to Latin America, more services are needed for this part of the world. There are many, many services that are not available in this part of the world, and we are paying the same for the service.
