... We came to Cloudbeds from another software program because Cloudbeds can adapt with your needs, and offers an incredible amount of integrations. Our company is quite unique, and we needed a property management software system that caters to a hybrid company that is somewhat like a hotel, yet somewhat like a short term rental village, where we even have long term renters! It allows us to list on all the different listing channels, communicate with guests and tenants through Whistle, which carries over all the reservation information, track our housekeeping and maintenance requests so they do not slip through the cracks, and they've adapted the system well enough to block out long term renters as well! They take more than just card or cash as payment forms, which is the kind of forward thinking program we were looking for, with PayPal, GooglePay, and ApplePay. They keep improving and expanding, to offer more to the businesses that aren't just your standard hotels! What I like most about Cloudbeds are:1. it makes it easy to manage our listings and our bookings. With just one look, we can tell right away if our units are occupied. 2. Since it was easy to tell if our units are occupied or not, it saves us time to check because we dont have to go through each units one by one to check if the unit has bookings or not. Also if we need to make changes to our listings such as rates, maximum number of days to book, with just a few clicks, we can make these changes to our listings with less effort. If we have issues in our units, we can just easily block the units on our calendar.3. With Cloudbeds, we can easily connect our listings from different channels. It automatically updates each online travel agency whenever we receive bookings and whenever we have to block a certain dates due to unavailability. Because of this, we dont have problems with overbooking. We have many listings from different website and I can imagine the difficulty if we have to go to each calendars of OTA just to match them all. If we dont have the Cloudbeds, I'm sure these tasks will be a headache and will be confusing. ... We believe that the interface is simple and easy. We could use different layouts for the financial reports, which we use in a daily basis to report to the shareholders. The reporting that we can download at this time, are not "user friendly" and it is very difficult for us to integrate them to our internal softwares or databases. We suggest to optimize and add more features with the OTA's, some of them send more information from the guests than others. Each channel should have the possibility to connect the same amount of information throughout the distribution of the channel. We believe that you can improve the Rates & Availability section as you have don with other sections. It would be easier to manage the rates if there is a possibility to configure that the rate can increase of decrease according to the occupancy of the property. We could set a percentage amount of increasing in case the property is almost vacant, or viceversa. With this feature small hotels like ours could easily get last minute bookings avoiding vacant nights. In the base rates section you can add a selection box for all the rates that you want to "copy" from one accommodation to another accommodation, as for now, when you select "copy" the system does the copy for ALL the rates that are in one accommodation. This creates a problem, when you do not want to copy a specific base rate (e.g. christmas 2022). In the items & Services section, it could be of use, to have the categories, meaning that the items could be under the categories, so you do not have to "search ...
