Email reminder automation on deposit due payments, task reminders, call log, email log, and easy to read function diary/calendar has saved my sales team a significant amount of time and energy- allowing them to focus on what they are really here for: to sell and grow revenue. I can run reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to hold my team accountable and to correlate bookings to market trends- and see if the time they are investing in certain segments is well spent.
