Utilizo principalmente M3 a nivel de propiedad para ingresar facturas y gastos que debe pagar la oficina corporativa. Es muy fácil de usar y me brinda información rápida si un proveedor me pregunta sobre el pago. También me gusta la posibilidad de almacenar una factura escaneada si necesito verla más tarde. Sé que mi sistema de administración de propiedades envía automáticamente mis números diarios a M3 todas las noches cuando avanzamos en el día. Realmente me gusta el detalle en mis estados de resultados de fin de mes.
¿Qué le desagrada o cree que podría mejorarse?
Hay veces en las que no puedo iniciar sesión y me lleva un día entero acceder. Nunca he recibido una buena explicación sobre esto.
