El puntaje HT es un puntaje agregado de 100 que es relativo dentro de cada categoría que pretende encapsular variables clave en el proceso de compra, que incluyen: calificaciones y reseñas de clientes, ecosistema de socios, disponibilidad de integración, atención al cliente, alcance geográfico y más.

Similar a REVPAR para hoteles, el HT Score pretende ser una métrica de normalización para poder comparar mejor a diferentes proveedores. En lugar de la tarifa y la ocupación, los dos impulsores principales son una combinación de cantidad de reseñas y calificaciones promedio. También similar a REVPAR, el puntaje HT es una métrica para ayudar en la toma de decisiones, pero no está destinado a usarse como un factor único al seleccionar proveedores.
