Me gusta mucho lo fácil que es usar la IU. No me dieron ninguna capacitación sobre cómo usarla, pero aun así logré entrar, navegar y encontrar mi camino. También me gusta que haya alguien a quien contactar si algo sale mal; me da tranquilidad saber que tengo esa opción si surge algún problema.
¿Qué le desagrada o cree que podría mejorarse?
Me gustaría que existiera una aplicación en iOS a la que pudiera acceder para verificar que, cuando se ejecuta la auditoría y se carga la información, todo esté en orden.

We're thrilled that the platform has been intuitive enough to navigate without training and that it supports your daily entry reviews and budgeting work with your GM. It's also great to hear that having access to support gives you peace of mind. Great news, HIA does offer full functionality mobile app on both iOS and android devices. You can contact your system administrator to confirm that the app is configured for your company and that your account has mobile access. Then, you will be able to login from your phone to verify the Daily Report is up-to-date and review flagged entries in the PMS out-of-balance report. You may also benefit from the new PMS Monitor Dashboard. Again, ask your system administrator to turn on access for your account. Thanks again for your fantastic review.
