Qu'est-ce que vous aimez le plus ?
L'ergonomie, l'algorithme de tarification et la veille concurrentielle sont très bien conçus. Nous sommes passés d'un produit concurrent à happyhotel et sommes globalement satisfaits, même si le support client de happyhotel est injoignable.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
Globalement, je suis satisfait du produit et de sa mise en œuvre, mais l'interface avec Casablanca PMS semble dysfonctionner. Je constate des écarts inexpliqués dans mes revenus et je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir d'aide pour résoudre ce problème. Après 18 jours et plusieurs courriels, je n'ai toujours pas été rappelé pour identifier et résoudre le problème. Je vais persévérer.
