Le service a été interrompu sans préavis en pleine saison, alors même que le prélèvement automatique avait été mis en place plusieurs jours auparavant et confirmé par leurs soins. Ils ne peuvent se permettre des erreurs ayant un impact négatif sur le chiffre d'affaires d'un hôtel.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
Nous avons besoin d'un meilleur service. Ils ont coupé notre service 5 jours avant la date limite alors que nous avions correctement configuré le prélèvement automatique.
