Les prix sont compétitifs. Nous avons constaté une augmentation des réservations après seulement un mois ; le système est réactif. Il est encore trop tôt pour prévoir l'évolution de la situation lors des salons professionnels et des périodes de forte activité.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
Malheureusement, de nombreuses sections sont très mal traduites en allemand. J'attends du système qu'il soit disponible dans la langue de l'utilisateur et que le support réponde également en allemand. À l'ère de l'IA, cela devrait être possible (et même préférable).

We'd love the chance to sort out the translation issue you mentioned; that's not the experience we want you to have. A quick note: RoomPriceGenie's interface does have a full German version, so if you're seeing inconsistent translations, it's likely your browser's auto-translate feature stepping in rather than our own localisation (which can sometimes produce exactly the kind of awkward phrasing you described). Switching your account language setting to German directly in the system should resolve that. We also have German-speaking Customer Care team members, and we're happy to support you in German going forward, including setting up a quick call to walk through the language settings and address any other questions live.
