Qu'est-ce que vous aimez le plus ?
Hotellab is a very helpful and easy to use tool with excellent support service. It's been only a few months that we use it andwe absolutely recommend it. It is ideal for all bussinesses and especially the smaller ones as it saves time and money. The set up and connection with the PMS and Channel manager was made quickly and pretty fast I was able to set my pricing strategy. The positive results in revenue and the prices' forecast are the two features that we like the most.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
Overall, we are very satisfied with this tool and the results we got. However, a rate shopper that includes more channels would be amazing.
