From the dashboard, you can quickly identify the gap and either reprocess the feed or manually upload the missing day's report yourself, so you're no longer waiting on us to get unblocked. Regarding the phone support experience, we're truly sorry for the times your calls went unanswered. To make sure no one falls through the cracks, we've launched a new support portal where you can submit a ticket and track its status in real time.
