Mi piace molto la sua semplicità d'uso. Non ho ricevuto alcuna formazione su come utilizzarlo, ma sono comunque riuscita a orientarmi e a capire come funziona. Apprezzo anche la possibilità di contattare qualcuno in caso di problemi; mi sento più tranquilla sapendo di avere questa opzione a disposizione.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
Vorrei che esistesse un'applicazione per iOS a cui poter accedere e verificare che, una volta eseguito il controllo e caricate le informazioni, tutto sia in ordine.

We're thrilled that the platform has been intuitive enough to navigate without training and that it supports your daily entry reviews and budgeting work with your GM. It's also great to hear that having access to support gives you peace of mind. Great news, HIA does offer full functionality mobile app on both iOS and android devices. You can contact your system administrator to confirm that the app is configured for your company and that your account has mobile access. Then, you will be able to login from your phone to verify the Daily Report is up-to-date and review flagged entries in the PMS out-of-balance report. You may also benefit from the new PMS Monitor Dashboard. Again, ask your system administrator to turn on access for your account. Thanks again for your fantastic review.
