Me encanta lo fácil que es leer la tabla de reservas. Software muy fácil de usar. También me encanta la integración de canales incorporada con las OTA. Cuando estábamos investigando nuevos sistemas PMS, ofrecían la mayor cantidad de opciones por el precio más asequible.
¿Qué le desagrada o cree que podría mejorarse?
Dado que utilizamos la contabilidad del propietario, generalmente solo hay una persona en la empresa que puede ayudarnos con los problemas técnicos. Él es increíble y siempre nos cuida mucho, pero vive en Australia, por lo que siempre hay un poco de retraso. Sería útil que más personal de soporte estuviera capacitado en ese aspecto del software.
