El producto es muy fácil de usar y las herramientas son muy intuitivas. La vista es sencilla y personalizable. Todas las opiniones y comentarios de los clientes están al alcance de la mano.
¿Qué le desagrada o cree que podría mejorarse?
1- La vista individual del sitio podría desglosarse aún más en una vista por departamento. Por ejemplo, el gerente del restaurante puede ver la puntuación general del hotel, pero solo los detalles del restaurante en su perfil.

Regarding the feedback on being able to have more broken down views per department, have you checked out Dynamic Dashboards, which came out last week? I think it's going to solve what you're looking for! :-) I will ping Karen to make sure she goes through the options with you and you can set up some cool new dashboards with the relevant indexes for each department.
