Loop est un outil d'engagement client très convivial, tant du point de vue de l'invité que du gestionnaire. Il offre aux clients un moyen très facile à utiliser, intuitif et fiable de communiquer instantanément avec le personnel du complexe. Il s'adresse particulièrement aux clients qui préfèrent la commodité de l'interaction et du service numériques tout en profitant de leurs vacances sans tracas. La plate-forme est également en constante évolution avec des mises à jour et des ajouts réguliers qui ajoutent constamment de la valeur aux opérations.
