L'assistance par chat est excellente, mais l'attente est longue lorsqu'on a besoin d'aide humaine. Aujourd'hui, c'était parfait. Vidhta a répondu rapidement, est allée droit au but, a joint quelques enregistrements et a résolu le problème en deux minutes. D'autres fois, c'est un peu frustrant.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
L'expérience d'aujourd'hui a été exemplaire, mais d'habitude, le passage à un opérateur humain est long et, selon l'opérateur, l'aide est parfois confuse. Pas aujourd'hui.
