J'adore la facilité de lecture du tableau de réservation. Logiciel très convivial. Aimez également l'intégration de canal intégrée avec les OTA. Lorsque nous recherchions de nouveaux systèmes PMS, ils offraient le plus d'options au prix le plus abordable.
Qu'est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
Étant donné que nous utilisons la comptabilité propriétaire, il n'y a généralement qu'une seule personne dans l'entreprise qui peut nous aider avec les problèmes techniques. Il est génial et prend toujours grand soin de nous mais vit en Australie donc il y a toujours un peu de retard. Il serait utile qu'un plus grand nombre de membres du personnel de soutien soient formés à cet aspect du logiciel.
