OPTIMA to include rate parity as well, rather than in being as a separate tool all together. in order to acquire more customers by actually providing a comprehensive package, that includes the channel manager, rate shopping and rate parity as well as 24/7 monitoring of Social Media. by doing this, you would be beating your competition by providing a more value enhanced product.
