Fornisce un modo molto facile da usare, intuitivo e affidabile per gli ospiti di comunicare istantaneamente con il personale del resort. Si rivolge in particolare agli ospiti che preferiscono la comodità dell'interazione e del servizio digitali mentre si godono la vacanza senza problemi. La piattaforma è inoltre in continua evoluzione con aggiornamenti e integrazioni regolarmente previsti che aggiungono costantemente valore alle operazioni.
