Raramente scrivo una recensione, ma dal momento che mi hai contattato, condividerò la mia esperienza. Il pitch del team di vendita non corrispondeva alla mia esperienza lavorativa con il portale. Il portale è più adatto a una grande catena di hotel, non a un singolo hotel start-up.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
L'onboarding è stato terribile e la penale di uscita è stata incredibilmente alta, soprattutto per un boutique hotel in fase di avviamento. Non è giusto pagare la stessa penale di un hotel più grande o di una catena.
