Hello, I really enjoy that we can easily connect with for simple things. This takes the hassle of them having to come to the front desk or make a call. With Helloshift they are allowed to take the hotel with them on the go.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
I still feel that there needs to be a way to improve how guest can order food over messaging. Also there needs to be a popup that shows when other front desk agents are messaging the guest.
