Il servizio è sempre stato molto buono. Funziona praticamente a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte e le chiamate di risposta sono molto rapide. Il software è intuitivo e coerente. L'applicazione non è mai stata "inattiva" da quando la usiamo e i miglioramenti sono tempestivi e privi di bug. Fa davvero tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
Sarebbero graditi servizi aggiuntivi come la tariffazione automatizzata (AI) integrata nel software. Sarebbe auspicabile anche una maggiore integrazione con altre applicazioni, come call center e altre app di reporting. Inoltre, mi piacerebbe vedere miglioramenti alla funzionalità del programma fedeltà, dato che non è un granché.
