What do you dislike or think could be improved?

While Raitify’s AI features are incredibly powerful, one major area that could be improved is the customization depth for negative review management. The software currently excels at automatically answering positive feedback, but handling critical 1-star to 3-star reviews still requires a heavily manual approach to ensure the brand's voice remains empathetic and accurate.To truly outperform the competition, Raitify should introduce AI-powered sentiment analysis guardrails and contextual smart templates for critical feedback. Currently, when a negative review comes in, the system alerts the user, but it does not suggest specific, tailored resolution phrases based on the complaint's context. Adding a "Smart Draft" feature for negative feedback—where the AI generates a sensitive, non-defensive response for human approval—would bridge this gap perfectly.Furthermore, expanding the core platform to include direct SMS review invitation campaigns would make it a truly all-in-one tool. Right now, smaller businesses have to rely on external marketing channels to drive clients to the software. Integrating an internal, automated text-message request system alongside the existing email tools would drastically boost review generation rates and make the overall workflow much smoother for everyday users.
