Lo que más me gusta es que Raitify ahorra mucho tiempo en el uso diario, a la vez que mejora la calidad de las respuestas. Se pueden responder las reseñas de forma más rápida, profesional y consistente, sin perder el toque personal.
¿Qué le desagrada o cree que podría mejorarse?
En mi opinión, el widget de reseñas para su sitio web podría optimizarse aún más. Una visión general más clara de todas las reseñas sería especialmente útil, idealmente con una visualización clara por plataforma, categoría y temas recurrentes de los huéspedes. La integración y la presentación también podrían mejorarse. Los hoteles, en particular, se beneficiarían de una integración más transparente y visualmente atractiva de fuentes de reseñas externas para mostrar mejor su reputación en su propio sitio web. En resumen: el widget tiene un gran potencial, pero su claridad, diseño y valor informativo para los sitios web de hoteles podrían mejorarse significativamente.
