Be able to retarget repeat guest guest and the ability to review the not book leads to target them with special promotions and invite them to visit the resort.

For international partners to have compatible systems with call centers (phone local providers) so when they transfers calls to reservations we can see the real number from where guest are actually calling instead of getting a generic number. As well it will be great to be able to record outbound calls.
