1- La vue individuelle du site pourrait être subdivisée en vues par département. Par exemple, le responsable du restaurant peut voir la note globale de l'hôtel, mais uniquement les détails du restaurant dans son profil.

Regarding the feedback on being able to have more broken down views per department, have you checked out Dynamic Dashboards, which came out last week? I think it's going to solve what you're looking for! :-) I will ping Karen to make sure she goes through the options with you and you can set up some cool new dashboards with the relevant indexes for each department.
