I like the pass along feature and the accountability its created within departments. I just would like our departments such as housekeeping and houseman get on board with clearing the tasks before end of day.

Being able to send photos that can be uploaded to maintenance is very helpful. What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

GuestEQ modernizes hotel operations by eliminating inefficient paper trails and sticky notes. Directives are clearly communicated between departments and above property teams are kept in the loop with each property. Guest text messaging is another benefit our hotels love about the platform.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The combination of simplified ops communication with the guest text messaging is not something I have found in a single platform. GuestEQ essentially provides in one package the same service you would need to pay for two separate software platforms.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

GuestEQ has most of the features that you would need to pay multiple software platforms for. Save yourself money and simplify your tech stack by using this product. My hotels have been using GuestEQ for months now and customer service scores have improved.
