What do you like most?
We have been utilizing GuestEQ for awhile now and the longer we have access to it, the more I realize how important it is to our daily operations. I love that we have access to everything we need on one platform. We are able to communicate with all departments, our guests, and even other hotels within our hotel group. We can quickly respond to guest needs and give them flexibility to reach out to us, at their convenience. It also does give you the ability to search guest text messages and keeps a record of past guests, which is cool for our regulars, as it makes it easy to review past issues they reported and also allows them to keep in touch with us, even if they are not checked into the hotel. Our regular guests love having a direct line to the front desk to request bookings, or ask questions about past stays/bill via text, so they can get the information without having to find time for a phone call. I also love the different chats that we are able to create, to keep all important information communicated and located in an accessible location. Our hotel has been looking for ways to make sharing data easy within the hotel, and GuestEQ gives us that ability. GuestEQ also give access to our hotel owner, who does not work at our property. He has the ability to review events and data that the hotel staff provides, to give him daily access to how his hotel is doing. The program is easy to use, clear to navigate and self explanatory. GuestEQ also has a quick, responsive support team, who are willing to help resolve issues and hear feedback. I would highly recommend this platform to hotels, new or old. If you are looking for a way to get your teams organized and improve communication within your hotel, GuestEQ is the perfect platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only area I think could improve, is giving us the ability to "search" within our communication area "Pass along". Being able to quickly pull up achieved data, to follow up on past reported issues, would be beneficial.
