What do you like most?
Being able to send photos that can be uploaded to maintenance is very helpful. I also believe the housekeeping module is very helpful when assigning rooms to clean, avoiding the "no hsk service needed" or the "DND" rooms. And of course text messaging the guests is a favorite way for our guests to communicate with the front desk and much more of a "norm" in operation than call backs were.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I only wish that each department uploads their daily schedules so we are all aware of who is scheduled, not just the front desk. It shouldn't be the front desk's job to enter all department schedules. It would also be nice to include most international phone numbers (Europe, Mexico, Canada...etc) Thank you :)
