What do you like most?
Direct communication with hotel guest with the opportunity for them to respond via their cellphone ( in case they are not in the room to dial zero to front desk). This enables a contactless communication system and a log of what each guest requested and said as well as what and when their request was solved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to include out of the country telephone numbers. That way no matter where the guest's home place is, they are able to contact Best Western directly via their OWN cell phone.
