What do you like most?
How simple it is to use. We barely had to train our staff and they picked it up right away. We were sending guest texts the same day we signed up. The guests love the text messaging and it makes my staff job so much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. It works really well and were happy with all the features. Scott and Ryan do a great job following up with us to make sure we are happy.
