We have setup qr codes in our reception to capture check-ins and allow guests to speed up their process. The communication hub allows better collbaration across departments and allows us to build a full history of the guest. The AI feature is very modern and again helps us to improve the time taken to respond to the guest by allowing them to get a quick response to commonly asked questions. The wide number of features is truly exciting and there are so many features that we are still exploring further. Messaging is super helpful and by having a number of different channels allows us to ensure that communication reaches the guest, particulaly if it is important. Previously we had to manually send messages to guests and this was time consuming. Duve allows us to target guests based on criteria we set which really helps improve the information that we give to our guests. The ordering allows our guests to select additional addons for their stay and drives revenue for the hotel. We are able to use a request or auto-approval system which allows us to tailor the granting of add-ons depending on how we fulfil it. We are very impressed ...
