What do you like most?
I like the text messaging feature. Guests seem to really like it as well. And the idea of saving paper.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although the aim is to be energy conscious the system does not completely re[place the need for hand written notes and printed reports. Also at my particular hotel not all departments use is so the communication feature is not usefull we still use the radio to communicate.
