What do you like most?
What I enjoy most about GuestEQ is its outstanding performance to communicate more efficiently with guest. We can set task to meet all our guest needs, weather from the front desk or even a request to a housekeeper. This is a must-have tool to exceed in achieving excellent customer service!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only need I can see is becoming compatible with each hotels property management system. This would ensure a seamless work environment.
