RoomMaster è estremamente affidabile e ben progettato per le reali attività alberghiere. Il sistema è stabile, affidabile e supporta flussi di lavoro fluidi per reception e prenotazioni anche nei periodi di maggiore affluenza. La reportistica è chiara e dettagliata, aiutando la direzione a prendere decisioni consapevoli. Ciò che davvero si distingue è il team di assistenza clienti: reattivo, competente e sempre pronto ad aiutare a risolvere rapidamente i problemi.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
Sebbene RoomMaster funzioni molto bene, l'interfaccia potrebbe essere ulteriormente modernizzata per rendere la navigazione ancora più intuitiva per i nuovi dipendenti. Ulteriori funzionalità di automazione e strumenti di gestione dei rendimenti più avanzati renderebbero un sistema già solido e affidabile ancora migliore.
