Rispondono alle mie chiamate quando ho domande e ci aiutano a risolvere i problemi in modo tempestivo. Il software è anche facile da usare.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è che quando eravamo quasi al completo abbiamo avuto alcune doppie prenotazioni a causa del ritardo tra RM e OTA, come Expedia e Booking.
