Una dashboard più intuitiva con un calendario migliore per i concierge per accedere facilmente a prenotazioni e attività in una giornata impegnativa. Per quanto stia soddisfacendo la tecnologia moderna con le funzionalità di chat, i metodi tradizionali di conferma agli ospiti e agli agenti di viaggio dovrebbero essere disponibili poiché è ancora necessario. Cerca di non dimenticare gli ospiti che vengono ancora fisicamente a vedere anche i portieri alla reception, magari qualche chiacchiera più veloce o opzioni di stampa veloce.

Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We know what a crazy busy time it is opening a hotel so your efforts are truly appreciated. And thank you also for your feedback! It's how we learn and improve. I will be sure to let our VP of Product hear your feedback on the calendar layout although funny enough, we heard the opposite from another London hotel so we'll work on striking a happy balance for all. And don't worry, some of the more traditional confirmations are in our roadmap as well. But good shout to remind us about travel agents and vendor communication.
