Mi piace che il vostro supporto sia disponibile 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e che siano molto gentili e rispettosi. Il software è molto facile da usare.
Cosa non ti piace o pensi possa essere migliorato?
1. A volte la formazione dei nuovi tecnici è stata un po' difficile. 2. Quando vengono installati gli aggiornamenti, come tester da molti anni non credo che siano stati effettuati abbastanza test prima del rilascio del prodotto. 3. La sicurezza è migliorata notevolmente. Grazie! 4. Alcune delle cose più semplici, come quando si accede alla schermata principale, non vengono visualizzate per impostazione predefinita le schermate di accesso.
