What do you like most?

These tools allow our team to focus more on hospitality rather than paperwork, which has noticeably improved guest satisfaction. The support team is consistently responsive and helpful whenever we need guidance. Whether it’s a question about guest profiles, document uploads, or optimizing our check-in process, they always provide clear and timely solutions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The online check-in feature works very well, but adding more customization options for the forms (such as optional fields or property-specific questions) would make it even more powerful for different types of hotels.
