What do you like most?
Overall, we have had positive experiences, however, some features are not yet working properly in the PMS. To our knowledge, the development team is regularly informed about user needs.
Smooth communication with customer service, we get precise answers to professional questions. The interface is user-friendly overall. If we don't get an answer to our question right away, they will go around, and feedback will not be left out later.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improving the functions of the pricing interface, developing the document scanning application. For more accurate control, it would be important for the system to indicate unpaid invoices in a pop-up window if the receptionist has failed to make the payment.
